Our Quality Assurance Department is well equipped with all the necessary equipments required for assuring quality from raw material inspection to final product inspection. The details of Quality Testing Equipments are as follows:-

Which can analyze Plain Carbon Steel, Low Ally Steel, Satinless Steel, Manganese Steel, Nickel Based Alloy, Duplex Steel, Raw Material Scrap etc.
* Physical Testing :Universal Testing Machine (Capacity 400 KN)of Yama Engineers (P) Ltd. Make is used for physical testing viz. Yield Strength, Tensile Strength, Elongation, etc. Impact Testing Machine with Suz-zero temperature apparatus.
* D.NDT Facility :
1. Radiography Testing.
2. Ultrasonic Flaw 2. Detection Testing.
3. Magnetic Particle Testing Machine.
4. Dye Paneyrant Testing.
* Sand Checking : Silica Sand is used for moulding. The sand is checked for AFS No. (Gain Size). The sand is accepted strictly as per acceptance criteria in quality plan. The record of sieve analysis is maintained for each lot.
* Raw Materials Inspection :
Spectro analysis for different grades of scrap
is done in laboratory. the acceptance criteria for each element in scrap is mentioned in quality plan. The material is accepted only after compliance of results with norms.
Mtaerail rest certificate for Ferro alloys are received form suppliers. Same is verified by Q.C. Department Inspector. Rhe acceptance criteria is as per quality plan.
